Recently, the "Material Handling and Energy Storage Technology Research" project review meeting and on-site promotion conference organized by the China Electricity Council was successfully held in Xiamen. The attending representatives came from power industry design institutes, power generation groups, local governments, relevant enterprises, and investors, and a review committee composed of process and energy storage experts evaluated the technology. 
The material handling and energy storage technology jointly developed by the Mechanical Energy Storage Business Research Center of China Energy Engineering Southwest Institute and Poting Machinery Industry (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the conference review. The attendees responded enthusiastically to the technology and engaged in lively discussions and exchanges on the areas of concern. The review committee highly recognized the innovation of this technology in enriching the implementation methods of mechanical energy storage, and provided new solutions for the broad application of energy storage technology. The research results were evaluated at the international leading level, and it was recommended to actively pilot demonstration and promote application.
